PORTRAIT, FAMILY SESSION PHOTOGRAPHY IMAGE USAGE AGREEMENT

CLIENT IMAGE USAGE
Yazi Davis Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Personal use includes:
Personal social media
Personal websites
Printing photographs through a professional or consumer print lab
Creating personal photo albums, books, cards, and announcements
Framing and displaying photographs in the home
Sharing photographs with friends and family
Creating personal gifts
The Client may print the photographs in any quantity and size for personal use. The Client may use any reputable professional or consumer print lab of their choice.
The Client may not use the photographs for commercial purposes, business advertising, paid promotions, products for resale, or third-party commercial use without written permission from Yazi Davis Photography.
PHOTOGRAPHER USAGE RIGHTS
The Client acknowledges that Yazi Davis Photography retains all copyright and ownership of the photographs.
Yazi Davis Photography has the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, modify, and otherwise use the photographs for any purpose Yazi Davis Photography chooses, including portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, publication, editorial, promotional materials, competitions, and other commercial purposes.
USAGE TERM
The Client's personal usage rights are granted indefinitely, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Yazi Davis Photography reserves the right to revoke or modify the Client's usage rights at any time. Upon written notice of revocation, the Client agrees to discontinue use of the affected images.
COPYRIGHT
Purchasing or receiving photographs does not transfer copyright ownership. All copyright remains with Yazi Davis Photography.
AGREEMENT
By purchasing a family or portrait session, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the usage terms outlined above.
