Introducing the iconic Mr. and Mrs. Stokes (and bebe Stokes). Evan and Allison were married on Cinco de Mayo at The Lark in Downtown Jacksonville. The Stokes wedding was art, fashion, fun baby surprises, all the colors and most importantly LOVE. There are so many local vendors involved in this Intimate Wedding. With the help of Wisteria Events and Love Gigi Events, Allison and Evan planned a wedding that reflected their personalities and their love. Love Gigi Events created an interactive guest experience that will double as art in the couple’s home. To hell with tradition; cheers to love and disco.
Wisteria and the team arranged the wedding aisle like a fashion show where all the guest faced the bride as she was walking towards the groom. The joy in the room was truly overflowing. You could feel the love and excitement. I loved watching Allison twirl in her Selkie Wedding Gown, she later changed into a short Watters gown with a giant, fun bow on the back. Here’s the BIG reveal. After the first dance, Evan and Allison announce that they are expecting a sweet baby. Here’s the best part. The highlight of the wedding was the gender reveal during the cake cutting. You can scroll through to see if they are expecting a boy or girl.
I love editing this wedding! I got to use high flash, soft natural light and those fun movement photos that are so so trendy right now. This is one iconic wedding that I will never forget.
